Delivery

Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 2-3 days after acceptance of order.
Delivery charges are as follows:
All orders to the UK will be charged at £5.00 will be sent special delivery
Free delivery on all orders of £75 or more

Returns Policy

Cafferys will be happy to offer a refund for any item within 14 days of receipt of goods and will be happy to exchange an item up to 28 days from receipt of goods. Please be aware that it may take 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.

We regret that postage and packaging cannot be refunded. Please note that we can only refund the card originally used for payment. We regret that we cannot accept online returns to any of our branches. For more details contact us.
